Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing
GrammarMama subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@grammarmama.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your plan until then and will not be charged again.
3. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@grammarmama.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Unused time on a cancelled subscription is not refunded.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@grammarmama.com with details.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@grammarmama.com with your account email and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
